With over 20 years as an Ironworker, Matt Hicks brings hands-on experience to the position of Operations Manager at Precision Metal Fab. Throughout his career, Matt has remained a Certified Welding Inspector for 10 years and a Welding Task Coordinator for 13 years. Since his involvement in the initial launch of the steel task force at JP Cullen back in 2004, he has taken part in various important projects that include Epic and the Milwaukee Bucks Arena. Since he joined Precision in 2019, he has taken charge of overseeing operations, production planning, and large-scale estimating while managing quality control and scheduling. Matt’s passion for the trades continues to live on as he now works side-by-side with his son, Brogan at Precision.
